MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - Presidential administration chief Dmitry Medvedev has signed a resolution on establishing the Russian President's Council Presidium, which will implement high-priority national projects, the Kremlin's press office said Thursday.
The resolution defines the Presidium's composition, which includes Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Zhukov, presidential aide Igor Shuvalov, and the heads of some ministries and departments.
