MOSCOW, November 3 (RIA Novosti) - A new outbreak of bird flu was registered in the Chelyabinsk region in Russia's Urals Federal District Thursday. The press service of the Russian Agriculture Ministry said a laboratory analysis had confirmed a diagnosis of avian flu. This brings the number of villages officially experiencing an outbreak of the virus in Russia up to 13.
