MOSCOW, November 4 (RIA Novosti) - The Foreign Ministry said Friday Russia had been reelected to the Board of Governors of the United Nations' Environment Program.
"At a plenary meeting of the 60th Session of the UN General Assembly on November 3, Russia was elected member of the Board of Governors of the UN Environment Program for a four-year term that begins January 1, 2006," the ministry said in a news released posted on its Web site.
