BLAGOVESHCHENSK, November 6 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov said Sunday that a position for a fourth deputy minister might be created within his cabinet. "We could add to the cabinet of ministers another deputy minister who would handle relations between the regions and production," said Fradkov, who is visiting the Russian Far East on official business. "If the ministries can prove that they prioritize regional problems, then I am ready to give [them] a deputy minister to deal with these issues," he said. He said the redistribution burden in the ministries had been worked out without the assignment of a fourth deputy minister.
