MOSCOW, November 10 (RIA Novosti) - The Moscow City Court will consider an appeal against the arrest warrant for the chairman of the board of the Renaissance Capital investment group November 14, lawyer Alexander Asnis said Thursday.
Charges were brought against Oleg Kiselyov on October 21, accusing him of fraud relating to shares in the Mikhailovsky ore-processing plant. A Moscow court sanctioned Kiselyov's arrest in absentia, as he is now abroad receiving medical treatment.
