Federal budget cash surplus hits $49.25 bln

MOSCOW, November 10 (RIA Novosti) - Cash surplus of the federal budget totaled 1,420.1 billion rubles ($49.26 billion) in January-October 2005, the Finance Ministry said Thursday.

Budget revenues totaled 4,148.8 billion rubles ($143.91 billion) in the same period, or 115.3% of the forecasted budget revenues in 2005, the ministry said in its report on budget execution.
