MOSCOW, November 14 (RIA Novosti) - Russia and Uzbekistan agreed to use each other's military facilities Monday. Presidents Vladimir Putin and Islam Karimov of the Central Asian republic signed an agreement on allied relations that stipulates the mutual use of military facilities "to ensure security and maintain peace and stability if necessary."
