MOSCOW, November 16 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Japanese counterpart Taro Aso have discussed preparations for President Vladimir Putin's visit to Japan during the APEC forum in South Korea, the Russian ministry said Wednesday.
"The ministers summarized preparations for Russian President Vladimir Putin's official visit to Japan [scheduled for November 20-22], in particular the coordination of agreements to be signed in Tokyo," the ministry said.
The ministers agreed that the Russian-Japanese summit would provide a boost to bilateral relations.
