MOSCOW, November 18 (RIA Novosti) - Soldiers have killed three militants in Chechnya, the Russian Defense Ministry said Friday.

"One of the militants was carrying a Turkish passport in the name of Topli Sahin," the ministry said. "Stamps in that passport show that he had legally crossed the Turkish-Georgian border many times."

The militants were carrying small arms, ammunition, and communications devices when they were killed.
