MOSCOW, November 22 (RIA Novosti) - Konstantin Titov, governor of the Samara region on the Volga river, and Oleg Korolyov, governor of the Lipetsk region in Central Russia, joined the United Russia party Tuesday.
The decision to admit them was made at a session of United Russia's General Council.
Deputy Emergency Situations Minister Ruslan Tsalikov also joined United Russia, the majority party in the Russian parliament.
