MURMANSK, November 24 (RIA Novosti, Yekaterina Kozlova) - Large-scale anti-terrorism exercises will be conducted in the fishing seaport of Murmansk in northern Russia, the Emergency Situations Ministry said Thursday.
According to the training scenario, a "terrorist group" will capture a fishing boat and its crew and plant mines on several oil tanks at the port's oil terminal causing a fire.
The exercises will involve 30 organizations and departments of the Murmansk Region.
It is the first time that exercises of this scale will be held in a Russian seaport.
