BISHKEK, November 25 (RIA Novosti, Yulia Orlova) - Kyrgyz Prime Minister Kurmanbek Bakiyev signed a decree on the formation of the Financial Police Service Friday.
The new service is "a state law enforcement body in the executive power system whose key tasks are ensuring state economic security and investigation of economic and tax crimes," the decree reads.
