MOSCOW, November 29 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin said Tuesday 138 billion rubles ($4.8 billion) would be allocated for four national projects.

He said the figure would be 180 billion rubles ($6.2 billion) with account for non-budgetary funds and state guarantees.
