MOSCOW, November 29 (RIA Novosti)-Pressure from the political structures of NATO and the United States in Central Asia increases tension in the regions where the Collective Security Treaty Organization operates, a senior Russian politician said Tuesday.
Secretary of the Russian Security Council Igor Ivanov said: "Obvious practical attempts have been made to interfere in the political life of new independent states under the cover of advancing democratic values and freedoms, and ways to put pressure on the authorities through protests have been worked out."
