MOSCOW, November 30 (RIA Novosti) - The volume of "shadow" capital in the economy of St. Petersburg totals $14 billion, head of the Federal Service for Fiscal Monitoring Viktor Zubkov said Wednesday.
Speaking during a meeting at the Federal Taxation Service, Zubkov said it was necessary to develop a program aimed to reduce the volume of cash circulation in the economy.
