MOSCOW, December 5 (RIA Novosti) - Konstantin Pulikovsky, former presidential envoy to Russia's Far Eastern Federal District, has been appointed head of the Federal Agency for Environmental, Technological and Atomic Oversight.
Pulikovsky was introduced to his staff Monday, the agency said.
