MOSCOW, December 9 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) said Friday that it would not blacklist Russian banks that followed its recommendations and those of the Central Bank on loan information disclosure.
FAS head Igor Artemyev said information on bona fide banks would not be presented as a list, but as a statement on which banks follow the recommendations.
