BABAYEVO (the Vologda region), December 9 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian government is planning to review a draft of Gazprom's 2006 investment program December 22, a company board member said Friday.
Valery Golubev addressed journalists during a ceremony to mark the start of construction on the North European Gas Pipeline (NEGP), which will eventually supply Russian natural gas to Germany via the Baltic seabed.
His comments seemed to contradict with a statement made Thursday by deputy chief of the government staff Mikhail Kopeikin, who said the Russian government would postpone its review of Gazprom's 2006 investment program until next year.
