MOSCOW, December 9 (RIA Novosti) - The Stabilization Fund set up to accrue Russia's windfall oil revenues grew by 142 billion rubles ($5 billion) in December against November, the Finance Ministry said Friday.
As of December 1, the fund totaled approximately 1.2 trillion rubles ($43 billion) against roughly 1.1 trillion rubles ($38 billion) in November, the ministry said in its preliminary estimate of budget execution in January-November 2005.
