MOSCOW, December 12 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Air Force will receive 11 Su-27 Flanker fighters by the end of the year and a Tu-160 Blackjack bomber by the end of the first quarter of 2006, the head of the air force said Monday.
Air Force Commander-in-Chief Vladimir Mikhailov said the Tu-160 was undergoing routine tests and would be commissioned no later than March 2006.
