MOSCOW, December 12 (RIA Novosti) - International rating agency Fitch has assigned an "A-" rating to Russian telecommunications company Uralsvyazinform's sixth bond issue totaling 2 billion rubles ($69 million) with maturity in 2011, the agency said Monday.
The rating reflects the company's strong position in the Urals and Western Siberia in both landline and mobile telecommunications, the agency said.
