PARIS, December 14 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian delegation at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe does not intend to support a draft resolution to be proposed at a PACE session in January condemning totalitarian communist regimes, a senior Russian parliamentarian said Wednesday.
"We do not intend to justify crimes of totalitarian regimes, but will not support the current version of the resolution," Konstantin Kosachev, the chairman of the State Duma international affairs committee, said.
