MOSCOW, December 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Finance Ministry has submitted an amended financial plan for 2006-08 to the government, Minister Alexei Kudrin said Friday.
The minister also said the government had received a plan for socioeconomic development of Bashkortostan, a Russian republic on the Volga.
"The amended plan has been sent to the prime minister for signing," Kudrin said.
