MOSCOW, December 17 (RIA Novosti) - Servicemen's and public sector salaries will be raised by 15% on January 1, 2006 and May 1, 2006, correspondingly, Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said.
Servicemen's pensions will be also increased by 15% on January 1, Kudrin told the Rossiya TV channel.
According to him, wages of employees of federal institutions will be raised by 15% in May and by 11% in October next year.
He said Russian regions would follow the same scheme.
