MOSCOW, December 29 (RIA Novosti)-- All the government documents on lifting the "ring fence" from around shares in the Gazprom energy giant will be released by January 1, the economic development and trade minister said Thursday.
Commenting on media reports to the effect that Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov had already signed the relevant resolution, German Gref said he knew nothing about this.
