MOSCOW, December 30 (RIA Novosti) - Moscow has not received a telegram from Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko outlining proposals on natural gas, a source in the Kremlin said Friday.
Yushchenko's press service posted a statement on [the presidential] Web site saying the president had sent his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, a telegram proposing a freeze on prices for Russian natural gas until January 10, when bilateral talks are to resume.
