MINSK, January 1 (RIA Novosti, Olesya Luchaninova) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko approved, as a basis for talks with Russia, a draft agreement to create, replenish, and jointly use a remote Earth sensing system, the presidential press service said Friday.
Lukashenko authorized Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky to hold talks and sign the document.
