DUSHANBE, January 8 (RIA Novosti) - A fire broke out at a home for disabled children in the Tajik capital of Dushanbe, killing 13 children, the local authorities said Sunday.
A total of 77 charges were evacuated while two children were hospitalized with severe burns and smoke inhalation, the officials said.
The fire completely destroyed the building that had been built in 1934. The cause of the fire is being investigated but preliminary reports suggest electricity overload.
