Foreign currency exchange rates as fixed by the Central Bank of Russia for January 11

MOSCOW, January 10 (RIA Novosti) - The following rates of exchange of foreign currencies to the ruble of the Russian Federation have been fixed for the purposes of accounting and customs duty payments from January 11, 2005:

1 Australian dollar - 21.3416 rubles

1 British pound sterling - 50.1969 rubles

1,000 Belarusian rubles - 13.2286 rubles

10 Danish krones - 46.0376 rubles

1 US dollar - 28.4821 rubles

1 euro - 34.3352 rubles

100 Icelandic krones - 46.5546 rubles

100 Kazakh tenges - 21.2913 rubles

1 Canadian dollar - 24.3708 rubles

1 new Turkish lira - 21.2950 rubles

10 Norwegian krones - 43.1188 rubles

1 unit of conditional drawing rights - 41.2378 rubles

1 Singapore dollar - 17.4075 rubles

10 Ukrainian hryvnias - 56.0848 rubles

10 Swedish kronas - 36.7194 rubles

1 Swiss franc - 22.2603 rubles

100 Japanese yen - 24.8687 rubles

The foreign currency exchange rates to the ruble of the Russian Federation entail no obligation on the part of the Bank of Russia to buy or sell the currencies according to the above rates.
