KIEV, January 10 (RIA Novosti) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko intends to appeal in the Constitutional Court against the decision by the Supreme Rada, Ukraine's parliament, to dismiss the government, the president's Web site said Tuesday.
"I will of course file the appropriate appeals to the Constitutional Court to examine this unconstitutional decision by parliament," Yushchenko said.
The Ukrainian president's press secretary Irina Gerashchenko said that Yushchenko would not cancel his two-day visit to Kazakhstan because of parliament's decision.
Yushchenko will not allow anyone to destabilize the situation in Ukraine, she said on national TV.
