MOSCOW, January 15 (RIA Novosti) - Authorities in Yeletsky, a small town in the Komi Republic, northwest Russia, have brought the damaged boiler house and interrupted systems of electricity and water supply back into operation, the press office of Russian Railways said Sunday.
On the night of January 13-14, 42 residential houses, a kindergarten, an orphanage and other buildings were left without heating in temperatures below 30 degrees Centigrade after a hurricane damaged a boiler house in Yeletsky where mostly railway workers and their families live.
