MOSCOW, January 22 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's electricity monopoly Unified Energy System (UES) said Sunday that it intended to introduce power limits in Moscow from January 23.
"We consider a possibility of introducing limits on electric power supply in the amount of up to 577 megawatts from 08:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. from Monday, January 23," the company's press office said.
