TURIN, February 18 (RIA Novosti) - Russian skier Albina Akhatova won a bronze medal Saturday in the Olympic Winter Games biathlon competition. Akhatova crossed the finishing line with a time of 1 minute 21.4 seconds in the women's cross-country skiing and rifle shooting event.
The first and second places in the biathlon pursuit went to two Germans, Kati Wilhelm (gold) and Martina Glagow (silver).
