GROZNY, February 19 (RIA Novosti) - A fire that broke out Saturday in one of the districts of Chechnya, a Russian republic in the North Caucasus, killed two children, the local hospital said Sunday.
Two girls aged 2 and 3 died of severe burns and smoke inhalation in a fire at the Terek station in the Naursky district of Chechnya, the hospital's officials said.
Fire safety experts said the violation of the safety rules for the use of electric devices had caused the fire.
