TURIN, February 23 (RIA Novosti) - Russians Anna Bogaly, Svetlana Ishmuratova, Olga Zaitseva and Albina Akhatova won the 4x6km ladies' biathlon relay at the Torino 2006 Winter Olympics.
The Russian quartet showed the result of 1 hour 16 minutes 12.5 seconds. Germany's team took second place (50.7 seconds later), and France's team took the bronze (2 minutes 26.2 seconds after the Russians).
Thus, the Russian national team won an eighth gold medal at the 2006 Olympics.
