KEMEROVO, March 4 (RIA Novosti) - The death tool in a blast at a Siberian mine rose to two as another miner died of injuries on the way to hospital, a local official said Saturday.
Vladimir Kovalev said the lives of two other miners were out of danger.
The administration of the Kemerovo Region, Russia's major coal mining center, said additional compensations worth 1 million rubles (some $36,000) would be paid to families of the miners killed in the blast.
