MOSCOW, March 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Zenit St. Petersburg soccer club advanced to the quarterfinals of the UEFA Cup after a 1:1 draw in a home game against France's Marseilles.
Zenit, which defeated Marseilles 1:0 in an away game on March 9, became the fourth club to reach the quarterfinals together with Middlesbrough, Rapid Bucuresti and Sevilla.
Zenit's quarterfinals contender will be determined by a draw on March 17 in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
