TEHRAN, March 18 (RIA Novosti) - The recognition of Iran's right to nuclear research is the country's main condition at talks on the Iranian nuclear problem, Iran's foreign minister said Saturday.
"This is Iran's clear position that all countries taking part in the talks understand well," Manuchehr Motaki told journalists, adding that if the UN Security Council did not take into account his country's rights, its decisions would be "unacceptable."
He said he hoped the council would make a logical and unbiased decision.
