The Day of Moscow's Economy congress will be held in Frankfurt on March 22.
"The main goal of the congress is to position Moscow as the financial capital of Russia and an international center of financial services..." the official said.
More than 300 participants of the forum will discuss various investment projects, the development of Russia's stock market, and the banking and insurance services sector during a plenary meeting, "Financial Bridge: Moscow-Frankfurt," and meetings of four specialized panels.
The Moscow city government has established business relations with some of the world's major cities, including Berlin, Warsaw, Vienna, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Montreal, Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo, and Helsinki. Firms in nearly 40 countries, including Germany, Austria, the United States, Canada, and Italy, are foreign partners in joint ventures with Moscow-based companies.
