KIEV, March 26 (RIA Novosti, Vladimir Suprun) - Violations of the effective legislation have been registered at Ukraine's parliamentary elections, the Ukrainian voters' committee said Sunday.
"There are the instances of damaging ballot-boxes, voting outside booths and even exerting pressure on electors," the committee said.
The committee has received dozens of such reports from various regions of the country.
In particular, there was a long line of voters at a polling station in Odessa and many people had to cast their votes outside the voting booths, the committee said.
"Under law, we have the right to demand from the central election committee to invalidate the results of voting at a polling station where 10% of electors vote outside the polling booths," the committee said.
Ukrainians are voting in a Sunday parliamentary election, in which no party is expected to gain a majority of votes that would enable it to form its own government.
