KIEV, March 27 (RIA Novosti) - The party led by opposition politician Viktor Yanukovych is leading Sunday's parliamentary poll in Ukraine.
Latest reports from Ukraine's Central Election Committee put the pro-Russian Party of Regions in the lead with 27.06% of the vote, and said 40% of votes had been counted.
It is still followed by the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko, a leader of last year's "orange revolution" (23.60%), and the pro-presidential Our Ukraine bloc (16.20%). The Socialist Party and the Communist Party have gathered 7.06% and 3.52% respectively.
