KIEV, March 27 (RIA Novosti) - As of 18.00 GMT, the party led by opposition politician Viktor Yanukovych is leading Sunday's parliamentary poll in Ukraine.
Latest reports from Ukraine's Central Election Committee put the pro-Russian Party of Regions in the lead with 27.3% of the vote, and said 49% of votes had been counted.
It is still followed by the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko, a leader of last year's "orange revolution" (23.4%), and the pro-presidential Our Ukraine bloc (16.4%). The Socialist Party and the Communist Party have gathered 7.% and 3.5% respectively.
Other parties and blocs have failed to overcome the 3% threshold as of 18.00 GMT.
