MOSCOW, March 31 (RIA Novosti) - The export arm of Russian natural gas giant Gazprom said Friday it had exported 38.69 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the first two months of 2006, up 27.5% year-on-year.
Gazexport said it had supplied 21.01 billion cu m to Western Europe (20.49 billion in January-February 2005), 8.25 billion cu m to Eastern Europe (up from 8.04 billion), and 9.43 billion to former Soviet republics (up from 1.81 billion).
