MOSCOW, April 3 (RIA Novosti) - Five suspects have been arrested in Moscow in connection with the attack on a minister of a North Caucasus republic, police said Monday.
Zaur Tutov, the culture minister of Kabardino-Balkaria, was attacked by a group of 12-15 people Saturday night and hospitalized with a broken jawbone and concussion.
The minister's lawyer said the attack was racially motivated.
