MOSCOW, April 14 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian and Uzbek presidents discussed their countries' bilateral issues Friday, including the further strengthening of the contractual and legal base for bilateral relations, the Kremlin press service said Friday.
In a phone conversation, President Vladimir Putin and his Uzbek counterpart Islam Karimov "expressed their satisfaction with the intensity of contacts at different levels, and with practical results achieved for developing mutually beneficial cooperation," the press service said.
