MOSCOW, April 20 (RIA Novosti) - Russian energy giant Gazprom (RTS ticker: GAZP) said Thursday it would hold its annual general shareholders' meeting on June 30.
Gazprom, Russia's largest company with a capitalization of about $200 billion and control over 25% of the world's natural gas reserves, liberalized its shares market in December last year by allowing foreigners to buy Ordinary shares. The company has currently about half a million Russian and foreign shareholders.
