MOSCOW, May 4 (RIA Novosti) - A Moscow jury did not have time to convene Thursday in the trial of two men accused of murdering Russia Forbes editor Paul Klebnikov, but is likely to reach a verdict Friday.

Presiding judge Vladimir Usov presented his concluding speech for about four hours, and is expected to complete it Friday. After the speech, the jury of eight women and four men is expected to reach a verdict, given sufficient time.

Klebnikov, 41, the editor of the Russian version of Forbes magazine and a United States national, was gunned down in Moscow on July 9, 2004. He had gained a reputation for investigating murky post-Soviet business dealings and corruption. Prosecutors have said Dukuzov and Vakhayev killed him on the orders of Chechen businessman Khozh-Akhmed Nukhayev, who wanted revenge for a critical book, Conversations with a Barbarian, which featured him as the central figure.

The two men accused of his murder are ethnic Chechens, Musa Vakhayev and Kazbek Dukuzov. Three other suspects are on the wanted list.
