LONDON, May 19 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's economics minister said Friday that the country's negotiations on accession to the WTO could be over by late 2006 or early 2007.
"There is a chance [to complete the negotiations] either by the end of this year or by the beginning of next year," said German Gref, currently on a one-day visit to London to prepare for an upcoming economic forum in St. Petersburg.
