MOSCOW, May 20 (RIA Novosti) - Thieves have made off with documents worth up to 1.5 million rubles (about $55,500) from the Russian National Library, a source in St. Petersburg's law-enforcement agencies said Saturday.
The source said the thieves had taken 25 files and albums containing materials on military topics.
"An investigation showed the documents were stolen on May 11-15," the source said.
