ST. PETERSBURG, June 10 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's finance minister said Saturday that the G8 finance ministers' meeting in St. Petersburg had been a success.
"The meeting was a success, and the ministers' decisions have been published in a final communique and a special statement," Alexei Kudrin said. "The meeting confirms that St. Petersburg is not only a window to Europe but to the whole world."
Kudrin said the meeting showed that Russia was "an integral part of the world community."
